1)     Gut Section 321 in Mexico, lower the $800 to $100 – Tijuana has exploded in population from 1.8 million to 5 million in two years because the Section 321 $200 was raised to $800. The explosion of growth is largely due to skilled and semi-skilled people from Mexico being attracted because of good-for-them low pay, but horrible-by-Apprentice-Ed pay have-your-own-business Lo Siento 100-Year Lease standards - be paid 40% as employees or get 100% as Apprentice-Ed owners, and much higher Apprentice-Ed levels).

This Section 321 near-sourcing creates Chinese slaves in Tijuana – you want that on your conscience? You want China beating you up on tariffs, right at our border in Mexico, with near-sourcing?

FACTS: In April,2025, and again in May, 2025, Apprentice-Ed sent reports to all Cabinet Members, and some others, and all Republican Senators and Governors. We sent out 100 such reports, on two occasions. Each report covered a variety of topics, such as the ones outlined in Necessary Disruption on our Biz-4-Me program, and of course on our Ed-Biz-4-Me program and Biz-4-Me program generally.

The reports included the above remarks on the Section 321 $800.

We watched President Trump latch on to the Section 321 $800 issue we sent to him and 99 others, that was allowing China to bypass the Trump tariffs, by near-sourcing in Tijuana. Donald J Trump changed the $800 in Section 321 to $0. One day later, there were riots reported in China, with many reports of workers being placed on leave.

That same day, Xi Jinping caved to the Trump demands, and discussions were opened.

Shortly thereafter, Secretary Scott Bessent and Trade Representative Jamieson Greer were dispatched by President Trump to Europe to bargain with Xi Jinping - they returned successful, but of course Xi Jinping did other stuff which requires opening up again.

As context, China has had to reduce salaries by 20% in 2022, and now another 20% in 2025. And things will get much worse, according to our research - see China Failing in Necessary Disruption. This is a serious actuarial study by us - population shrinking rapidly, the tanking marriages and salaries - please don’t write it off. Our actuaries predict a 45% chance of China failing by Sept 1, 2030.

An interesting side issue is that all 100 important folks we sent to, accepted our mailings: except for Scott Bessent, who returned our stuff refused. We sent a third package two weeks ago to the same 100, and guess what? This third time, the only non-accepter was Jamieson Greer, who sent his stuff back unopened.

Fellas, Scott and Jamieson, you may just as well have pointed a finger at yourselves. Your attempt at plausible deniability of having received, and used, our really good and timely stuff on closing the loophole, pointed a finger right at you. We get it, you reported this to Trumpo as your idea, and got promotions. Good for you! But the facts are that this was Apprentice-Ed’s idea.

Modern diplomacy, we suspect. “We did it, Apprentice-Ed didn’t do it”

FACT: We did a lot of this type of reporting in 2016, as smallbusiness rocks, using the JOBS JOBS JOBS mantra in plenty of posts responding to others. Pete did not go public. We are going public in 2025. We believe DJT used a lot of our ideas in 2016. We know he said JOBS JOBS JOBS at many of his rallies.

You are welcome, Trumpo. Glad to be of service. Now, how about payback - get us some meetings? You, Secretary Linda McMahon for Education (we want to talk, to the states, about offering new ideas for ed), Kelly Loeffler for SBA (but no biz loans please - we want to talk about biz formation instead - shoestring is our way) - we do NOT want money from the government. We want $1,000 from each of 30 million Americans, to build our $3 trillion internet Platform. That Platform will create one-person businesses like a star-making galaxy. The Platform will create its own giant economy. And it will be the first giant conservative response to Google. And, of course, we are introducing targeted boycotts, Captive Insurer, and re-parenting one-person businesses overseas, to our Apprentice-Ed repertoire, to protect our vast numbers of new one-person businesses. There are 30 million one-person businesses now in America, we want 100 million in America.

With China failing, and the USPS being privatized, the USA will be absolutely desperate for one-person biz to pick up the slack - this is what Apprentice-Ed, both Biz-4-Me and Ed-Biz-4-Me, are training for - we are the emergency MASH for the world to come to when China falls like the USSR.

We have had responses, to our Apprentice-Ed ideas, and are in touch with two Senators. We would love to get in touch with more, to present our revised education program, and our plan to get many Americans their own one-person $$$ businesses.

We are now focused on reaching out to grass root supporters across the USA.

We got one kid who just took his family around the world. His mom wants him to go to college still. He and his partner made $90,000 in two weeks working with Asia, sales pings in Algebra class annoyed his teacher. Teacher just now asked him how to start a business.

In particular, we would like access to individual states, to discuss the Apprentice-Ed total rewrite of education, to transform from being a program from age 6 to age 25 of entirely non-business education, devoid of any serious business training, to my grandad JJ’s program of our combined ed + biz program, which ends with kids graduating with their own successful $$$ biz. We call it the Ed-Biz-4-Me program.

We would also like access to individual states, and to the federal government., to discuss our Biz-4-Me program.

We don’t want government money. We want access and exposure. Too much to ask?

What was the victory over Xi Jinping worth to you? $155 billion and counting after two months? $2 trillion per year?
