The intent of the Lo Siento 100-Year Lease is to double the GDP of Mexico, putting Mexico in 6th pace in GDP in the world - but do so with only small biz being created - Mexican and American.
No big countries, no giant businesses.
This means control is in the hands of Mexicans, and Americans. Not governments, not corruption, not giant companies.
The desire of many Mexicans is to eliminate corruption, to make Mexico safe again, to have small Mexican businesses that earn a lot, so the owners and their families have a good future, a way into the American Dream while being in Mexico.

By opening the Lo Siento 100-Year Lease, Mexico and the USA will be sending a strong message to Canada. Canada and Mexico are in a dependent relationship with the USA - the Lo Siento Lease will allow Mexico to emerge from that see-saw relationship, Mexico’s GDP of $3.5 trillion will put Mexico in 6th place in the world.
